Payment Policy
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Discover, and Google Pay. Available payment options may vary depending on your device, billing location, payment provider settings, and checkout availability at the time of purchase. All payments must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
2. Transaction Currency
All prices, order totals, shipping fees, refunds, and payment adjustments on our website are processed in United States Dollars (USD). If your card, bank account, PayPal account, or digital wallet uses another currency, your payment provider may apply its own exchange rate, conversion fee, or international transaction fee. These fees are charged by your payment provider and are not controlled by us.
3. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal. When you place an order, your payment information is submitted through secure payment channels for authorization, fraud screening, and transaction confirmation. We may receive limited payment-related information, such as transaction status, payment method type, billing confirmation, authorization result, and transaction reference, but we do not store your full card number, card security code, or complete payment account credentials on our website.
4. Payment Security
We take payment security seriously and use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect checkout information. Our website uses HTTPS and TLS/SSL encryption to help secure data transmitted between your browser and our website during browsing, checkout, order submission, and payment-related communication. Stripe, PayPal, and supported digital wallet providers use their own secure payment infrastructure to help protect sensitive payment details, reduce unauthorized access, and support fraud prevention.
5. Payment Failure or Verification
A payment may fail or be declined for reasons including incorrect billing information, insufficient funds, expired card details, card issuer restrictions, payment provider review, suspected fraud, network interruption, or incomplete authentication. If payment is not successfully completed, the order may not be confirmed or processed. In some cases, we may request additional information to verify the order, confirm payment status, or protect the customer and our business from unauthorized transactions.
6. Refunds and Original Payment Method
If a refund is approved under our applicable return and refund rules, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Refunds are usually returned to the original account within 7 business days after approval, depending on Stripe, PayPal, the card issuer, bank processing time, or digital wallet provider. We do not issue refunds to a different card, account, wallet, or payment method from the one used for the original purchase. For complete return and refund requirements, please review our Return and Refund Policy.
7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe there is an issue with a payment, order, refund, or transaction record, we encourage you to contact us before opening a payment dispute. This allows us to review the order, payment status, delivery record, customer communication, return request, refund record, and any supporting evidence. If a Stripe dispute, PayPal case, chargeback, or bank inquiry occurs, we may submit relevant order records, payment confirmations, shipping information, customer messages, refund details, and policy references to support proper transaction verification.
